EnergizeNC is committed to ensuring transparency and accessibility in the Solar for All initiative. Below, you’ll find active Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for projects aimed at expanding solar energy access across North Carolina.

This RFP seeks experienced consulting firms to provide procurement and compliance support for the Solar for All initiative. The selected consultant will ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, streamline procurement processes, and support the successful implementation of solar projects across North Carolina. 

This RFP seeks legal counsel to support NCCEF’s work under EnergizeNC. The selected legal counsel will:

• Develop standardized templates for engaging vendors and consultants, ensuring compliance with federal Solar for All requirements and Terms and Conditions that must flow down though subawards and subcontracts; 
• Provide negotiation support for each agreement; and
• Provide ad-hoc legal advice throughout the program.
